The information you provide to Acmetek, will enable us to initiate your Security Products purchase through Acmetek as a Partner/Reseller of our listed Vendors and their products. Acmetek’s Partner/Reseller program with its various vendors allows our Acmetek clients to centralize their security management via, an intuitive Web-based interface.The information provided to Acmetek, will be kept highly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose other than to carry out the Order fulfillment and Certificate enrollment process.

Exceptions

While we will not voluntarily disclose your personal data we may disclose such information if we are required to do so by a Court Order, if we are requested by government or law enforcement authorities, if we are required to do so pursuant to other legal processes, or if it becomes necessary to protect the rights or property of Acmetek Inc.
